Mason going up Agree to Disagree

Just finished Agree to Disagree. I think it's 5.9 but I'd like to get someone else's opinion. Give it a shot this weekend and tell me what you think. It's still a little dirty and has potential for rock fall so be careful.

It's left of Surf Tower by about 50', on the Tilting Vortex Wall.

A 60m rope is plenty to lower off the bolts.

5 bolts to a two bolt belay ledge.

climbed it today. I thought it was quite fun, although a bit loose in places but im an alpine climber so i like that kinda stuff haha. nonetheless the route is pretty good. the bolts and anchors are bomber too.

Thought it felt more like 8 or 8-, easy romp up blocks. Looked like there were bolts for a second pitch above the anchors, but second pitch first bolt looked to be about 30 ft above the first pitch anchors with lots of loose rock between. Can anyone confirm if there is a second pitch to this route? Maybe it is mixed or run out?

i believe it is still not finished yet. talked with the guy who bolted it and said he left it that way on purpose to finish cleaning.
