Sep 27, 2026 · Lead. Found a 5.9 pg beta for p1 by going down from highest piece in seam (blue+red ballnut) to step left to jugs then stem up. Only 10ft runout this way. But took me like an hour to figure out. Try spook book next time. Pitches 65+25+65

Sep 27, 2026 · Follow. Led P1 5.9, f&f P2 barely clean even with no pack. Hard ish but all the moves are there. Good stances for gear, pretty reasonable until crux above roof which is pumpy and insecure. Still way easier than atlantis. Next time lead and try to 1 hang above roof maybe? Bailed cuz partner wasn't stoked on the rest. Gets a decent amount of morning shade, P3 was going into sun when we rapped. Left camp somewhere between 645-715? Could probably climb p1-3 in the shade by being at the base at sunrise. Which is probably the best beta cuz hanging belays in the afternoon wind would suck. High 68f, lil chilly in morning lil greasy in sun. Quads to .5 and Doubles to 1 was good so far, less might be fine too. Linking 3-4 would be 50-60m. P2 was 30m, P1 15m

Sep 26, 2026 · Lead / Onsight. Led P1 Atlantis and 1sg part of P2 Atlantis then thin ice to the top. Anotrhr great needles route . 10b pg section was wild. Forecasted high 72 on main needles page, great in shade, greasy in sun but fine for moderates (climbed fancy free in sun at noon) for return trip could climb south faces w/ similar forecast. Full todo list for next time : dj, south face, spook book, yellow brick road
