Aug 2, 2024 · Lead / Onsight. Did this on the hotest day of the year... not a great plan, but if you start early and climb fast you can stay in the shade. Final pitch definetly the hardest of the pitches but overall the topic map and ratings from others is really spot on. Pitch 4 had a tough 5.9 bolder problem, if it's your first time doing a multi pitch don't do this one.

Sep 16, 2023 · Lead / Onsight. this was my second attempt but first lead. i lead all 5 pitches. The first attempt was rained out. what a great trip this time. we took a team of 5 one rope of 3 and another of 2. Grade is accurate. the anchors at the top of pitch 4 are poorly placed way of from the final bolt making typing out a little sketchy for the second.
The walk of is not bad, a moment that feels very exposed but it is not difficult to safely get off the route after pitch 5.

Feb 18, 2022 · Lead / Redpoint. Really fun, a little bit of a sandbag rated at 5.8, I'd really give it a 5.9 mostly because the route isn't super clear-cut for beta. Overall this is a great climb.

Sep 17, 2021 · Lead. I lead the first pitch and my partner lead the third. The “second” pitch was a slight scramble over to the thirds pitch and not sure I’d call it a climb. We left pro just because a misstep would be tragic. It’s possible we started lower on the third pitch because we had a sort of overhang to deal with and on the first moves leaving two pieces of pro. Great climb! The views were amazing.
Definitely don’t walk off bring two 70 meter ropes for easy repel off to the climbers right at the top. (Goes down Dirty Pinko route) from chains with rap rings. We only had one 70 meter rope. It worked, but was a close call. We had to tie off one end when we got to the top of pitch one of super slab so our rope didn’t spring up out of reach.

Aug 6, 2021 · Solo. The top bolts were nowhere to be seen. I soloed this in hopes of setting a top rope. It looks like some rocks fell, there were no good cracks to set an anchor as they flare dramatically inside.
It was super frustrating but it looks like most of the bolts have rusted away or have been removed.
