Let's help progress rock climbing as a whole for the sake of safety and enjoyment, this means don't be an asshole that forms an elite clique :). Yes mistakes will happen and we all learn from them and progress forward, it's when you make mistakes you truly learn and if you aren't allowed to learn and move forward, what's the point in the end?
