Fake Phantom Crack
Nov 12, 2022 · Lead / Flash. Varying crack sizes and good stances to place gear from 1-5”. This route will exercised crack and edging and OW techniques. Very fun and more delicate than strenuous. The OW section was challenging for me as I don’t offer OW. Not knees size but got enough in to hold. Thank gawd for that horn. I’d call it 5.8. And I appreciate the bolts but can do without them.

Dec 8, 1999 · Lead / Onsight. Definitely R. A few 5.7 moves past the crack then it eases down. If you pull the 5.7 moves you should have no prob reaching the anchor. I support making this climb safer. Bolts would not change the difficulty and allow more people to climb.
