About Me: was 5'4" but shrinking to match my short arms; arthritis everywhere and nerve pain in feet. Yes, I'm old for you youngsters out there. There, I said it myself. P.S. I use "onsight" to refer to ascents made w/o movement beta, even if someone (usu. bigger/taller) climbed right before me or I might've done it years ago. P.P.S. Ticks (selective) are just my spray about the past. "The older I get, the better I was."

5.9 5c 17 VI 17 HVS 5a 249 ● Psychedelic Tree Mar 22, 2026 · Lead / Onsight. Such a fun route. No loose rock if you stay in the corner. The topout is wild. Did the East Wall descent 5 times this weekend. It's a nice trail, but it got old -- a dedicated rappel line would have been sweet! Trad 3 pitches Lake Tahoe > … 1 > Main Formation > E Wall

If I still had to figure out every hold and move, can I mark it onsight, again? ;-) Nothing broke on me and my partner (P.S. was corrected on that), so that is good. The routes on Whitetail plus this Power Tools climb make a great moderate circuit all in the shade. We had the perfect condition. Sport Central Coast > … > W Side > Citadel
