Climber of 33 years, Author of The Slef-Coached Climber, Redpoint, and the Self-Coached Climber bolg. Main interests in climbing are anything that includes detaied movement alaysis and further development of the kinesiology of climbing, as this is the ground from which all traning must grow.

Climbing coach of 23 years in that time I have worked with all levels of climbers from rank beginners to wold cup competitors. I have helped many climbers achieve the 5.14 level and prepared climbers for all level of competitions including the Summer and Winter X-games, National champoinships, and the World Cup.

Still love climbing, training and coaching, and never get tired of sport climbing, there is so much to do and so much to learn!
