Comments: Probably a good candidate for an upgrade. Balancey and edgy to the second bolt, then friction slab.

Comments: There are no longer rap rings, steel lower offs, or chains at the anchors, just two bolt hangers. Be prepared to lower off a jug or tree, or to clean your gear and top out. Killer route, and a good pump.

Comments: Great line, beautifully bolted, with numerous cruxy moments before the boulder problem guarding the anchors. Harder than Simple Math IMO.

Comments: Risking some hate here.

I think this route needs to be re-bolted. WERE ONE TO FALL going to the anchors, which involves a very weird move over the bulge, the leader risks a huge swing, possibly hitting a ledge on the way down. I've led it twice now, and frankly, with the way it is currently protected, I tell everyone I climb with to avoid the route. I'm eternally grateful to whoever bolted it, because it is a really great climb with fun, varied, and sustained movement, but this thing is... more >>

Comments: My wife and I are planning a trip to Taos in August; we're looking for some crags that can suit both our tastes. We both climb sport, I'm most comfortable in the 5.11/+ range, and she's looking for .10- and under climbing. We don't have any trad experience. Any advice? PM me!

Comments: Really enjoyable route with a thin, balancey crux. Quite a thinker for the grade.
