Comments: Kind of thought that the 2 last pitches were a bit serious for the 2nd. They were a bit heady for the leader too.

- We took 2 ropes so that we could rap without the intention of using our tag line on the climb. I was super stoked as the 2nd to have the tag line on the last 2 pitches. Sam was able to tag the 2nd line up and protect me on the traverse from above.

- We also thought that for additional gear we would add 2 sets of cams below .3". I was certainly glad to have them on the se... more >>

Comments: Have you gone down the west face with only a 60m rope? Re rapped it last week and were right at the ends on a 70m rope on the 4th rap I think. Are there other stations than the 'main' stations on the descent?

Thanks
Tim

Comments: 60m rope makes it if you rap from the cables. It is close though

Comments: Anyone have a grade for the crack to the right of this problem? The one that is just in the right side of the frame?

Thanks

Comments: Thanks for posting this climb, Stich. I thought it was a bit sand bagged at 5.8. There seemed to be a couple sections of 5.9 to me. We tried to turn the roof but couldn't do it. We ended up going up the wide crack to the left, then rapping down about 30ft to continue the climb. We used a 70m rope and made it to the ledge under the roof in one pitch.

Comments: Didn't rate that climb as a bomb. Don't know how that happened. Ignore it.
