● Inventando que sueño
Jan 3, 2024 · Follow. Fun day out with Jesse! No fall day on all the pitches, except for the p5 crux. Gave the boulder a try but didn't want to gas out for the rest of the route, so decided to skip it and focus on the rest. The crux is reachy and physical. First day on the route I onsighted pitches 1, 2, and 4 (second go'ed pitch 3 bc I was scared going to the 3rd bolt). On the day we went to the top I onsighted pitches 6, 7, and 8. We simulrapped the route w/an 80, forgoing the recommended Estrellita rap. It involved some shenanigans w/directionals but overall went well. Our rope reached the ground from the top of p2 so we saved a rap. The p5 boulder was the most physically difficult, p6 was imo the most technically difficult, p2 was the highest quality climbing, and p8 was the dirtiest. Most of the belays have a bit of a ledge to them, which is nice.

Dec 26, 2023 · Lead / Onsight. Super fun day out w Jesse. One fall on 11c pitch. 10d was probably the best pitch, despite many an opinion to the contrary. Simul rapped with an 80 and had no issues using the permas. The 80 let us skip the last rappel and we got to the fixed line with a bit of rope to spare.
