Comments: Wish we had read the description, but we went for it knowing it was 5.7 and being comfortable with slab run out. Very disconcerting that there is NO ANCHOR at the top and that two ropes are needed for rappel. If walking off, bring approach shoes as the granite ball bearings are nasty.

Comments: It can feel runout on this route, but it is possible to place enough gear to get to the bolt. There are a few subtle stopper placements in the horizontal crack above the little overhang while you're traversing.

Comments: Love this route especially the 'approach' across the creek. This is beautiful on a sunny day though it is a very long route for a one pitch.

Comments: This is a fun easy route, though the start tends to throw off beginners a little. Great easy chimney. Protection at the top is a little tricky unless you use a set of bolts off to one side though that does pull you out of the chimney.

Comments: Yes, the lake IS shaped like a sheep.

Comments: Three pitches not four or five. For anyone under 5ft 4in, the top pitch is tricky. The hand jams are spread out and hard to reach. Just a heads up.

Comments: The cliff overlooks the Laramie Valley and has a great view of the lake below. The cliff itself is quartzite with sharp edges that make great hand and foot holds. Only open for a short window in the summer between snow. Avoid when wet or possible rain. An early start is recommended because the weather closes in around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. It can get cold up there so be prepared.
