Foot jam, left foot in but still out left on knob to match hands. Crux- after hitting rh pocket need to get feet up(lf black knob low, rf high triangle edge) w left hand thumb catch... gradually move feet up with shit low lf rf black bits out right. Lf pinch easy rock up to rh ledge
