Unknown climber in yellow on Union Jack taken from top of Reppy's  Linked pitch 3 (crux) and 4 together for an approximately 190 feet or so of climbing - also use the tree at the top instead of the awkward placed top anchors to make it easier for the 2nd and top belay.  Pitch 2, getting steeper  Pitch 1.   Pretty easy  The fixed line from Cal Trans that'll take you up above caltrans.   After that it's another 120 yards or so up and to the right to get to the start of the multipitch
