I am 52 now.. Used to climb routers on Tahquitz every other weekend, Took 7 years off. I moved to Nepal to climb and volunteer to bring the Internet (and a penpal program to improve English) to the rural school near Everest, met my Sherpa wife, moved back to San Diego, had 2 kids, and am now teaching my 5-year old to do technical rock. Got her a harness, shoes, and all that. In Taquitz ratings: I used to lead 5.5 ,5.6 or 5.7, but once lead a 5.10a. Getting back into it!
