Comments: I got smacked down on this route! I think this is by far the hardest 12 between the three GAP trail crags, and the grade is probably accurate at 12b. Stick clip is probably a nice thing to have as the first couple moves had some teeth.

Comments: The death blocks in the roof were very loose as of april 2017. I bailed off the first fixed draw (also a bit mank) because I could wiggle the tombstone size blocks that you need to pull into the roof. If it did go it would be a bad day for you and your belay bud...

YMMV, hell maybe it has been that loose for years.

Comments: a #1 or .75 protects the bit before the first bolt if you feel so inclined. pretty straight forward either way.

Comments: I was able to get a yellow met. cam in down low to protect the first move to the more solid finger lock. I also plugged a comical large offset nut between some nubs to protect the 5.6c move Russ talks about. doubt it would hold a cat on a bungee cord, but it felt fuzzy to see the rope clipped to something. Block on top was slung with reasonable tat on 12/17/16.

Comments: This cat is tricky! put in a long effort trying to sort the crux out on lead-to no avail. Really fun and well protected, get on this thing!!

Comments: Ol' chap, I think those draws have the biners facing in the other direction (gates on opposite sides of the dog bone). looks totally fine to my tired eyes..

Comments: Awesome route, Currently (2016) a fixed offset nut right before the crux. We tried to get it out but that baby is in there. Fall would be clean. GET ON THIS THING! never know when that whole flake is going to fall over.
