● Third Pillar, Regular Route
Sep 28, 2023 · Lead / Onsight. W J Boog! Great day. Long approach and got off trail for a while and really windy at the top but once we go to the base it was like a nice Jamaican summer day at the beach. Fun adventure climbing. Went off route intentionally to pass part on p2 and then got into some really heady and techy climbing so bailed off some tat, got rope stuck, shenanigans ensued. Caught back up to part on p4. First 4 pitches were so-so, kind of scrambly and wandering. Last pitch was so cool. Tough moves between epic jugs. 11 hours car to car. Would have gone so much faster if we could have passed party ahead of us.

Sep 10, 2023 · Lead / Onsight. W Hanna in 2 pitches. Incredible 24 hours up there. Absolutely gorgeous. Might have Found the best campsite of my life up there with the moose in the forest. So peaceful and relaxing and restoring. Fun lil climb. Rocketed up simul climbing from top of p1 to the summit.

Sep 8, 2023 · Lead / Onsight. W cam, Hanna, Caylin. Direct start with left cut finish then climbed around to clip top anchors. Now I see why direct start is rarely climbed. Scary! But the gear is there. But a lil runout to the next piece of gear. Was shaking like a leaf! Very cool lead. Lil scary the whole way actually but Soo good.
