Nearing the top on the Seth Shaw Memorial wall. Cant wait to get a drill up here. Theres a diagonal overhanging seam that goes for sever pitches. Probably upper 5.13. You can hear climbers over on tineys calling rope commands. Its way cool. Definitely do the descent before dark for the first time. The main gulley is dicey going down. I went around into the other gulley to avoid the down climb around this huge boulder. Theres a boulder you have to climb on that if it slides with you on it lets just say that would be a little too much excitement. Rappel off trees in the other gully. The gulley is a mine field of sliding rocks. Theres running water under the big boulder half way up.   Alpine campfire black Pearl Gulley, Seth Shaw Memorial. Humans are but a spec from this high up. Cars look like ants.   Picture of the mountain from the road  Seth Shaw memorial Wall view from the start of the route.   The freedom Tree, 13d
