Climbed w/ Taylor Bickford Lead pitches 2 and 4 - Technical face climbing peotected by small gear in corner crack - well perfected - got red and yellow BD Odesa nuts and .3 stuck in pitch 4… oops! Turning the lead head back on for the season Gear beta: didn’t need #4, remainder fo the double rack was sufficient/appropriate Soloed Climb was worth doing once… but probably not again, particularly with the approach.

● Resting Witch Face
Jun 30, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Cruxy sequence after first bolt - gain ledge by moving right and then up to dike Hung on off balance move pulling through the ramp half way up. Sequence not that challenging just tenuous and over a poorly placed bolt with akward / ledge fall potential… head game was not having at this point… but only one of my first few days out for the season.

Good first big route to get back into the swing of things. Descending morning glory on weekend with other parties coming up would be a nightmare Able to descend with single 70
