Comments: Can anybody explain to me what the Description means?

Perhaps it could be rewritten by someone.

I like the name.

Comments: You could add a separate route for the 9+ route to the 1st anchors.

The advantage is that the person looking for a sub-12 route would notice it, potentially bringing more people to the area.

Comments: I see, thanks. That's how it looked on the Layaway page.
Well, you could list it as two separate routes, with two names.

I've been tempted to put up some contrived routes that are excellent cracks, but close to another, easier crack to cheat on. And I'd like to encourage the trend...(For trad or TRs, so one doesn't clutter the wall with closely spaced bolts.)

Also, on this topo image above, the white dots do not ... more >>

Comments: Great.
Anyway, thanks for adding these boulders. It looks like a fantastic area to go for both the climbing and bouldering.

Comments: Layaway looks like an uber-classic line here, yet only one star. So, I imagine that all these routes would be four star at other cliffs.

Now I really want to check this place out.

Comments: Oh geez, did I ever have it wrong. Thanks, that does help Andrea.

So, it is rock very close to the photographer, and it is on Liberty Bell. OK.

Comments: This photo is an optical illusion for me. The ground is bizarre -- I can't tell if it is close or far from the climbers, or even if it is solid ground. At first I thought it was water with whitecaps.

Comments: It is a double rainbow if you look closely.

Also, judging by the center point of the rainbow, it seems that the shadow we see cannot be that of the photographer.

Very nice shot.

Comments: A TR ascent is certainly a valid ascent. Congratulations on that.

I tried it on TR back in the late 70s and failed.

But if you want the excitement of a lead, but don't have the pro, then have your TR belayer take in the rope at only a few designated spots. Simulated lead, but make sure the rope passes safely over the top without the potential of getting cut.

Comments: Folks, the description says gear to 3 inches, which is the way one should always describe the gear.

When you talk about needing a "#3", us readers don't know if you're talking about model Y of brand X or model M of brand Z. In contrast, inches never change from one manufacturer to another...
