Comments: Read this as "Schrodinger's Cracks" -- once you enter the route, you have a 50/50 chance of being alive or dead and so, technically, are both at the same time until your condition is verified by an outside observer?

Comments: Just wanted to point out the Fortress is a great place to rope solo. You can scramble to the top of nearly everything and a 60m rope sets up Capitalism and Freedom, Permanent Income Hypothesis, Natural Rate of Unemployment, and much, much more——all as long, 1-pitch climbs. Thanks to FA-ists for setting things up intelligently, and for the vision to get jiggy with this nice area.

Comments: Super fun route! Even more fun once I stopped testing holds and admitted that (A) everything's hollow, (B) everything's likely to pull off, (C) it's still a super fun route. I was rope soloing and happily surprised to find that after hiking to the top of the formation, a 60m rope reaches all the way from the tippy-top anchor, down past the route anchor (jump the gap) and EXACTLY to the bottom of the route. Same beta for Capitalism and Freedom.
