I'm relatively new to rock climbing and looking for a partner willing to grow and safely gain experience along with me. I have climbed some 5.7/5.8/5.9 (maybe) pitches with pro guides and I have had pro guide training in the use of protection gear, belaying, building anchors, etc. But my experience is thin and my experience climbing with someone who is not a pro guide is, basically, non-existent. Thus, while I think I have the basic knowledge and skills to climb and protect my partner on 5.7/5.8 pitches (and maybe grow into 5.9ish) what I don't have is much experience doing that. I need reps. I need a good partner; ideally, someone that is available to climb at Enchanted Rock on a weekday beginning ASAP.
