Easy enough at the bottom, but the upper half is near vertical with small holds. There are a couple good-sized side-pulls. Find those, as they're the key to getting to the top. There are a variety of bottom segment options to get to the first ledge. The crux is the two body lengths below the first horizontal crack about 2/3 of the way up. Not My Lichen shares an anchor with My Lichen. To be on Not My Lichen, start in the crack and go up the crack, then back left a bit toward the anchor. My Lichen shares an anchor with Not My Lichen. To be on My Lichen, start a bit left of the crack and work left out onto the face, then back right toward the anchor Go up left or right of the small pine tree to the ledge. This part is fairly easy.
Now you have to get over the bulging nose. This is the crux. Around the corner a bit to the right is easier.

Once over the crux, it's the same cruise to the top as Hot Salsa.
