Comments: Thanks for your first comment/contribution on MountainProject. What type of pro did you find? Would you like to share any other feedback from your ascent? If the 'known' LK communities' consensus is that this bolt is unnecessary then we would agree to its removal/patch job. After climbing it a prominent Laurel FAist said we may want to add a bolt to the route and mentioned where & why; thanks!

Comments: Russ, thanks for the comment. These are the tactics I employed to go ground up free climbing a groove that needed cleaning. Thanks for taking the time to comment on this page! You will notice the exact directions to the cliff, and lat long coordinates if you look at the area overview, best of luck with your climbing and stay safe.

Comments: Yep LK is in NC! The only bat hook hole used on this route was placed on aid from the bolt in this photo. The bat hook was used to do some cleaning and sussing of holds. I put it in a spot where I thought the next bolt would go, and indeed ended up using a bolt there. The route is seriously fun.

Comments: Pitch 4 may go could be 13+ or harder? I tried to place the protection bolts for the aid and the eventual free climber.
