Comments: I would agree. Its not a bad climb but for sure not 11c, closer to 10b/c in my opinion.

Comments: I have to toss in my agreement that Pitch 2 is not 5.8, the gear is great but the pump factor is high and the moves over the roof are on less than stellar holds. I would be ok calling P2 5.9. Overall the climb isnt worth going out of your way for.

Comments: Did the 5.9 Variation onsight. Gear is good but small and I had to be a little creative with placements in the thin crack. I used both a green and purple c3. Overall I enjoyed the climb!

Comments: I would say in relation to the other climbs around it, its fair to call it 10b.

Comments: I believe this route is actually a harder climb than the 5.10 next to it on the left with a more strenuous stance to clip the second bolt.

Comments: Did the climb onsight and thought the beginning crux section was very good. I found a solid placement for a purple C3 under the first hanging block after the first couple moves. Before this a good spot should help you avoid any problems. After that i placed a red c 3 in the horizontal out left. A blue c4 fits in the obvious pod but it eliminates a good foothold if you place it there. Once you get under the roof its all over. The climbing above is the usual Gunks 5.5 ladder but as mentioned befor... more >>

Comments: Green C3 also protects the crux well but there is still some good ankle damage potential if you blow the crux move. All in all a fun route even if it is a one move wonder, its a hell of a one move.

Comments: I did Thin Slabs Direct, with the direct pitch one and finish and it was great. After we repelled down from the top I decided to do Sente P1 as well and found the 5.7 start to be much more inspiring and fun even though its technically easier.
