Comments: Got shut down on this a couple days ago - it will go down next time I visit. What a beautiful line indeed!

Comments: Not as bad as all that, but not great either.

The new Vogel Guide (Josh West) claims there are two bolts atop this gem. There are not, so beware.

Comments: I agree with 10b4me - no move is harder than 5.9 here, but every one is tons of fun!

Comments: The top section of this is where the business lies - if you are fat like me, it should prove thoughtfully exciting. Me? I nearly loosed my bowels, but then again my offwidth technique is sub-par at best. My partner had no problem staying in the tunnel pretty much the whole way up!

Comments: I absolutely agree that this route deserves a Great rating - a ton of fun the whole way up. Climbing for me is about the movement and this one had it in spades. Not hard, not scary, just fun!

The thin section can be bypassed on juggy flakes to the left - this would be a great first lead IMHO.

As for the rap station - there is a bunch of tat with a ring atop Holden On, but it should be replaced soon.

Comments: Yeah - a bit dirty and just a bit rattly, this one looked like a lot more fun than it turned out to be. Strung it as a top rope for some new climbers and they had a blast though!! Worthwhile Pile (5.7) is by far the better route here though, along with Holden On (5.10a).

Comments: Indeed a fun route - the book and this page both claim 3 bolts, but there are in fact 4. Not sure how or why the second bolt got there, the crack is easily protectable with gear, but hey - clip and go!

Comments: New edition of Hidden Treasures has this climb incorrectly listed as Who's Will, but the rating (both grade and stars) are correct.

Not matter what you call it, what a great climb this one is!! I really had to think about what I was doing moving from the 2nd to 3rd bolt and the balanecy highsteps are really quite thrilling. I think for the grade, this may be my new favorite for Holcomb! Highly recommended!
