Description Suggest change

Worthwhile climbing that you've walked past countless times.  After an easy (some call it 4th class) start, this line climbs the short face that looks from the carriage road like a steep headwall.

Location Suggest change

Climb the low angle. broken rock between Low Ex and Jiggles/Squiggles. Stay near the left edge, perhaps moving right to get gear, but certainly keeping to the line on the left if you're top-roping (or comfortable with the moves on lead). The business is the "headwall"; don't go left around the arete there.  Once past this, you can either stop there, as you're level with the top of Squiggles, or climb easily to a higher ledge, level with the top of Walter Mitty.  VARIATION climb the headwall 8 feet to the right, starting near the diagonal 1 inch crack; the grade is about the same.

Protection Suggest change

Great gear in the half-to-one inch range for the crux. Anchor on trees. Walk off and descend the Uberfall scramble, or go left to the (new) Walter Mitty bolted anchor.
