In 2011, the Ventura Family (owner of Miguel’s Pizza) purchased the land above the cliff line, and the RRGCC’s 2017 purchase of the land beneath the cliff line and the surrounding areas ensures that the Motherlode, Chocolate Factory, and southeastern end of Sore Heel are climber-owned.

Description

This extension to BOHICA takes it to the top of the cliff. Leave the BOHICA anchor to immediately take on a difficult boulder problem. Climb the headwall to finish it off.

Rumors of breakage in the boulder problem but it has been climbed in 2023/2024 post-break and still given 5.13d.
