Slabby ice up to small ice bulges and overlaps into the trees

From .01 mile of the summit of Giant hike the trail to Rocky.  After about 5 minutes you should see a DEC sign that says "Trail" veering left out onto the slide.  We walked across the slide into the trees, passed another small finger slide and entered the trees again.  We rapped down over the ice overlaps with a double rope rap and then started climbing back out what we had rapped.  This is located about .2 of a mile left of Blood of an Englishmen at the same height as that route.  Approach took us about 4 hours from the trailhead.  3 Hours to reach the summit and another hour to the top of the climb
