Climb through the scattered pockets below the hueco and straight out the center of it on softer rock to the jug seam leading to the chains under the waterfall. Not sure what this Billy guy is up to, if that's even his real name, but there'll be a line here eventually. 

25 feet right of the previous 2 and climbs straight out the hueco. Currently has a red development line strung up the the top.
