Description Suggest change

This is an alternate start to Vertigo and Union Jack. Start on the slab below a finger crack to the right of Vertigo's 1st 5.6 pitch. You can either use the right arete and some blocks in the bushes for feet or go for some hard slabbing straight up. After a few moves, the slab eases up until you reach a break on the wall where you can get some pro. Stand on the small ledge, place your small gear, and crank a few hard moves until you get some sweet locks. Continue up and past a ledge onto a dihedral until you connect with Vertigo/Union Jack.

If you wanna climb this but you don't want to climb Vertigo or Union Jack, stop before the right-facing dihedral, bring your partner/s up and then walk off left (4th class).

Location Suggest change

Immediately to the right of the standard 5.6 crack start of Vertigo, there's a featured slab that, after a break, has an obvious finger crack. Climb it.

Protection Suggest change

Single rack from .0 to 3. If you don't have tiny cams, bring brassies.
