Description Suggest change

A V10 bicep curl. Stand start with a left hand sloping undercling at chest height and a right hand sloping sidepull at waist height. Pull on, crank the left bicep, and slap to a nice sloper. If you stick this move, enjoy a fun pogo move to a jug and an easy finish. May be easier if you’re tall, but for me, the foot was too low, and the undercling too high to get good purchase.
