Access Issue: Details

Please continue to be good land stewards and mindful of LADWP.

1) Never park or camp overnight at the access points.
2) Always park off the pavement, taking great care to avoid blocking the gates.
3) Clean up after your dogs. (Local climbers are finding abandoned doggie poop bags.)
4) Pack out all trash and TP, including picking up after others.
5) Use the outhouses if at all possible.

Description

6-bolt direct finish to Monkey Do. Go straight up towards the top into a hard boulder problem, then back right to a shared anchor with Monkey Do at 50m

Location

Shared start with Animal Style, left of Nice Jugs. First bolt about 25' up in the 4th class chimney, easy to back-clean after clipping the second

Protection

~19-20 bolts, long slings and a bit of back-cleaning to reduce drag. A "working bolt" in the crux could be skipped on the send

100m rope to lower to the ground, or lower-pull-lower from the midway anchor of Jaws of Life with an 80m. Tie a knot in the end of your rope!
