Description Suggest change

A decent trad line on lower face of the North Buttress.  I would expect this line has been climbed before; thus, I'm calling it an FDA, first documented ascent.  If anyone has information on the route; name, FA, etc., please contact me and I'll update.

The first bolt along the arete can be used.  I'll suggest a direct start pulling over the point of the low roof but do you.  The well-known straddle technique was used by the FDA party.  Once above the roof head up the broken corner toward the vertical hand seam in the center of the buttress.  Up the seam, then horizontals to the only anchors on this side of the buttress.

Location Suggest change

The route starts under the arete roof on the downhill side of the buttress.

Protection Suggest change

One bolt option, a few pieces of gear. A #3 or #4 can be useful but not mandatory. You will want at least a #2.
