Description Suggest change

An out of the way classic. Stand start on two crystal-y crimps and poor feet. Make a few foot-centric moves up and right to the rounded arete featuring a really unique sloper seam. Ride the seam on shrinking slopers to a committing finish. Tall, great rock, cool moves, decent landing - worth the hike despite the silly name.

Location Suggest change

Deep Blair Woods. Technically the "R&D" boulders per the new guidebook. Make your way to the problem "The Next Message".

From the height of land 50 or so feet back from The Next Message turn left (if you're facing The Next Message) and follow a faint trail keeping the swamp just off to your right for about 5-10 minutes (it's a very faint trail as of fall 2024, almost a bush wack).

You'll eventually hit a cluster of boulders in the edge of the swamp (some decent problems here). Continue past this cluster and you see another cluster off to the left in a low area. From there walk straight for about a minute and you'll hit this boulder.

It should only take 10 or so minutes from the Next Message (if you don't get lost with these crap directions). Or buy the new guidebook which has a map.

Protection Suggest change

3+ pads and a spotter would be ideal.
