Description
If you can’t get it up for all the long, hard routes at Invasion then you can always try Pushin’ Rope!
Start with a relatively cruxy mantle and a move or two of friction slab to get to the first bolt. (Stick clip!) Then ride a low-angled sea of knobs and iron deposits up and left to the anchors.
Due to the traversing nature of this climb, cleaning the draws by following is recommended.
Location
On the back (NW face) of the boulder that is home to Electralica and Slick Willy.
Take the standard approach to Invasion Wall. Just after scrambling up the little v-slot and reaching the cliff band, split right off of the main trail to get to the back of the boulder. This route starts at a high point of ground, the only place where you can easily get onto the face.
