Description
A unique route for Tuolumne.
P1: 5.10+ PG13, 60m
A very exciting pitch. I'd recommend being dialed before heading up this thing as I felt there was real ledge fall potential at several locations on the pitch. Starting almost directly below the roof all the way on the ground, climb up sparsely bolted knob and slab climbing with occasional crack features thrown in. Utilize long runners to keep rope drag down. End at a two-bolt anchor just below the roof.
P2: 5.12-, 7m(?)
The roof pitch. Head up and directly left through the Pirouette Roof. Campus on ever worsening holds past two nice bolts to mantle up and clip the two-bolt anchor. Seriously only 15-30 feet long. Felt hard for 12a........
P3: 5.7, 70m
Climb left and up to finish on the final pitch of Aqua Knobby.
