Pinkie's Out

Good slab movement through a horizontal weakness down low through crimps and flat blocks. Reach a ledge to see the crimps that guard the chains. The decking potential up top can be spooky, you can use the strategic blinking anchor out left, this may drop the route a letter grade though.

This route (& wall) is named in honor of Danny's forever fkd pinky. 

Dan was tidying up debris from a dead tree on the slope at the base of this wall, said tree had a branch propping up a microwave sized rock on the steep slope. When Dan sawed out the branch the rock rolled down and crushed his finger. I was climbing this route when I heard Dan stop sawing and calmly let out an "oh sh*t". When I turned around Dan was holding his hand looking at his pinky which was bleeding some & bend outward 90deg away from his thumb at the middle phalanx. We quickly got him to the doc, Trev & I were fairly sure he was going to loose some of his pinky. Diagnosis comes back as only a dislocation and it was reset the same day, what a lucky duck. 

Dan's psych was so high he went back to climbing pretty quick, perhaps a tad too quick, now his pinky is forever slightly out.
