Start with your hand on the slippery left side pull in the crack and the right hand on the two jugs on the right. Throw for a blind slopper around the side and then ascend on the middle rail to finish. I think this route also has a solid V3 sit start in one of the pictures I've shown by grabbing the lower crimp with the left.
