Description Suggest change

The Penetrator is a super fun variation of Mint Chip.

Start on Mint Chip, and climb to the crack use some good foot holds to get your right foot to the other side of the crack, then traverse right using mostly your feet in the crack, and top out on some jugs at the top. The crux is getting your foot over to the right side of the crack and not barndooring off. Besides that, it’s pretty easy but fun.

Location Suggest change

The first half climbs same as Mint Chip.

Protection Suggest change

Bring a couple pads and a spotter for moral support. I named this climb because our friend tried without a spotter to move the pads and got penetrated by a rock on the landing (he’s fine, don’t worry), so just have a couple pads, and you’ll be fine.
