Description Suggest change

Climbs the slightly overhanging face of a protruding pillar. Start on ~15 feet of frangible rock before reaching the clean face above. The narrow pillar face and minimal face holds leads to some fun, balancey moves including bear hugging, lay backing, and maybe even a heel hook! Never too pumpy but  sustained to the chains.

While the first ascensionists made a valiant attempt to clean the route, as with all new routes at vantage you may still come across loose holds so be careful and wear a helmet.

Location Suggest change

Located west of tilted pillars in the next alcove past (west) of "Kissing Cousins" just west of the 3rd gulley. It is the only obvious route on the wall. Look for a bolted clean face above ~15 feet of frangible rock.

It would be route 41.5 in the 2018 book, just left of "Choss Poodle" (route 42)

Protection Suggest change

6 bolts and a bolted anchor
