Description Suggest change

This is a delightful face climb, mostly on delicate varnished edges, with a tough move at a small crack near the bottom where the wall is steepest, and another one close to the top on rounded holds where there is little varnish.  On October 21, 2023 we top roped OHC, from the top, then descended the Happy Acres descent route.  You could also descend by rappelling the route.

Location Suggest change

There is currently no lead protection (except for one ancient, rusty rivet that can not be trusted).  However there are three 2-bolt anchors: at the bottom, about 1/2 way up, and at the top.  You can reach the top anchor by scrambling up the Happy Acres descent or, better, by climbing Greek Tragedy (per the Handren guidebook) (sometimes called All That Jazz) then scrambling straight right, along a good ledge and past a bush.

Protection Suggest change

If about 10 or 15 lead bolts were added to this climb it would probably become a classic. There is no realistic way to lead the route on gear. Top roping is the only safe alternative at the moment.
