FA: Chad Franklin, 1991
Oregon > Portland & The… > Rocky Butte > k. Breakfast Cracks

Description

Awesome personal favorite hard face climb at RB in need of rebolting and anchor chains. Most of the climb goes up the left side of the arete but the bolts were inexplicably placed on the right side. Crux at the top can be bypassed to the right (5.10) reducing the overall grade to 5.11b.

Location

East end of the wall

Protection

Three old bolts that need replacing, couple med cams.

Use the big fir tree labeled "1" and a small cam at the lip for top-roping.
