Description Suggest change

5.10a/b, 32m, 14 bolts

Winnemucca has a handful of places to gamble, but why the heck would you play craps in creepy windowless casino when you could be up at Hinkey Summit rolling your Lucky Pair a Dice! Great climb with much of it easier than the grade, yet continuously engaging. A sinuous line up the wall with a short traversey bit and even a touch of slab. Well-protected with bolts so you didn't have to take any gambles! The crux is up high between bolts 12 & 13. Inch your way up a small, steep blank-looking section to reach an upward-sloping crimp rail. Use the rail to work your way up to the 2-hand $$ pocket to make the clip. The 14th bolt and anchors are shared with Das Üntercling.

Descent Suggest change

Clip the stainless steel carabiners and lower off the route With a 70 meter rope.

Protection Suggest change

14 bolts. Shares the last bolt and anchors with Das Üntercling.

All bolts are glue-ins (6" Bolt Products Twisted Leg bolts with MKT Liquid Roc 500+ glue). Anchors have steel carabiners for easy lower-offs. Everything is stainless steel.

Location Suggest change

Just to the left of Evasive Maneuvers and to the right of Das Üntercling.
