Searching for Bobby Fischer is the rock climbing route that promises an exhilarating ascent through a maze of challenging holds and tricky cruxes. Just when you think you've found the perfect foothold, it disappears faster than Bobby Fischer from the world of chess. You'll be desperately searching for that next grip while muttering, 'Where's Bobby when you need him?' (Thanks ChatGPT)
Spicier and spacier than other routes at the wall. Get ready for some steep slab and a crux involving a key “thumb mantle” move and sticking the Bobby-Fischer-disappearing foothold.
