Description
A short pitch climbs from the start of Loaded Gun, up an offwidth and traversing right to the belay below the splitter crack. The crack is excellent, with many face holds on the right, but only a lichen-covered scabby face to the left. As the crack bends right and pinches out some tricky face moves gain access to the roof crack above. Place gear high with a long sling to traverse right (crux) into the bottomless wide crack above. Easy climbing leads up the wide crack to a belay at the top of the pillar. (Note: the Bingham guide lists a bolt and a piton on the route- these do not exist)
