Details
This area is overseen by MNDOT. Keep a low profile and stay off of the highway. Stay off of the obvious climb in the dihedral where the tunnel meets the highway. Also note, the top is private property.
Description
Lunar Line starts ~10' left of the spray painted bolts of MoonBeam. Climb 3 bolts of 5.7 edges to a small ledge. Once at bolt 4 the climb is pretty sustained to the top featuring some fun steep edges, friction slab, a heady mantle and exposed headwall. Finish on Rams Horn anchor 10' left of Moonbeam anchor. 5.9
Note : This climb has a ramshorn/pigtail anchor. If unfamiliar with these anchors(I haven't seen any in MN yet), watch the video below for an introduction. As with all climbs at the cliff, please use your own gear for TR laps. Clipping a draw on the bolt underneath the ramshorn is the best practice to avoid unnecessary wear on the anchor when TRing. vimeo.com/183589855
