Description Suggest change

I am listing this route as a sport route, though you may want to bring a light rack of a few stoppers and cams. The route is over 100 feet and has a midway bolted chain anchor as well as an anchor at the top. My memory is of top roping this route with a 70 meter rope from the top anchors. A very nice route with good face climbing on the first pitch (10b) and some wide crack climbing on the second pitch (11a/b). Five bolts on each pitch. The first pitch is located just right of The Chute, and shares a chain anchor with the first pitch of Pinnacle. The second pitch goes straight up the bolted, wide flaring crack. Enjoy a little thrutching! (wear rugged, long pants). Random info: For a nice mellow outing, Lead the 5.7 trad corner (first pitch of Pinnacle)  to the first pitch chains, and top rope the 10b first pitch of Ring of Fire.

Location Suggest change

Just right of the start of The Chute. Just to the left of the first pitch of Pinnacle. Look for the bolts on the green face.

Protection Suggest change

5 bolts on each pitch. Bring a few stoppers and cams if you want to supplement the bolts.
