Warning Access Issue: Peregrine Closures DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

A cool and interesting route at a nice moderate grade!  Start at a waist high block.  Make unprotected moves to a roof at 15' (bolt) then traverse right to get good feet and over.  Traverse back left to a featured low face with huecos and pockets (the right facing double-crack system is not part of this climb) with good pro to another bolt.  Follow up to a left facing corner with a piton.  Climb thru to a small headwall where you will find the chains.

Location Suggest change

From the WMD area, walk right along the cliff band.  You will get to another clear area after 200' that has several bolted lines, this is he Obama Mama area.  Continue downhill on a less defined path for about 100' till you come to the end of the cliff and you will see the bolt for this climb.  There is a rough access trail around the right side of the cliff band and some ancient looking static covered in lichen you can presumably descend to get to the chains.

Protection Suggest change

Good gear all the way. I placed a brassy backup for the piton up high.
