Description Suggest change

Proud boulder deserving more repeats. Avoid grabbing the tempting right hand arete, as this opens a chance for a nasty barn door fall. The down climb is a 5 foot jump to a lower boulder. Moves are chill for a V2 in my opinion (Storming the Castle V2, Stonefort TN, was significantly less secure), but I refuse to downgrade due to the height and sketchy jump. Overall a beautiful climb with good movement, lots of options for different size people.

BETA: enjoy a breezy slab start section to jug ledge, then it's time to fully commit. Reach high to the shark fin before high stepping to reach the next crimp ledge. After finding more high feet, traverse left across the up the crescent feature, finding a solid left hand. One last high foot before I got the top (6'), plenty of intermediates to help step up on the foot of your choosing.

Location Suggest change

Giant rectangle bloc immediately up the hill past Fortress boulder (Pop or Drop etc). before the roof project.

Protection Suggest change

4 pad minimum, preferably a double stack for the landing area. 2 spotters for nearby tree and for backside of landing area. Could use a rope for the downclimb, as a jump is necessary otherwise.
