Paper Tiger has fantastic, dynamic climbing and is one of the best routes in all of the state forest. Climb the beautiful, grey/red streaked face from a start left of the roof below two parallel red streaks. Venture straight up through a couple reachy moves. Chalk up, and fire a committing diagonal deadpoint (or dyno if you’re short) to a slanted ledge at 15 feet. Get matched on the rail, and relish in the some of the most perfect holds you will ever touch as you cruise the 5.7-8 wall above to a topout at a hair over 25 feet. This has excellent moves on perfect rock on an aesthetic wall.
It does not dry as quickly after rain as the Lawnmower Wall does.
It is on the left side of the tall part of the striped face.
A toprope, get pads and a spotter, or bring some big gear for a potential trad lead.
